AirPods Pro are wireless Bluetooth in-ear headphones designed by Apple, initially released on October 30, 2019.[4][5] They are Apple’s mid-range wireless headphones, sold alongside the base-level AirPods and highest-end AirPods Max.
The first-generation AirPods Pro use the H1 chip found in second-generation AirPods, but add active noise cancellation, transparency mode, automated frequency profile setting, IPX4 water resistance, a charging case with wireless charging, and interchangeable silicone tips.[6]
The second-generation AirPods Pro were announced in September 2022, and feature the H2 chip, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, improved sound quality and noise cancellation, longer battery life, volume adjusting gestures, Find My tracking, Apple Watch charger compatibility and extra-small sized ear tips.

1st-generation[edit]
Apple announced AirPods Pro on October 28, 2019, and released them two days later on October 30, 2019.[6] They include features of standard AirPods, such as a microphone that filters out background noise, accelerometers and optical sensors that can detect presses on the stem and in-ear placement, and automatic pausing when they are taken out of the ears. Control by tapping is replaced by pressing a force sensor on the stems.[7] They are rated IPX4 for water resistance.[3]
The AirPods Pro use the H1 chip also found in the second and third-generation AirPods, that supports hands-free «Hey Siri». They have active noise cancellation, accomplished by microphones detecting outside sound and speakers producing precisely opposite «anti-noise». Active noise cancellation can be turned off or switched to «transparency mode» that helps users hear surroundings. Noise cancellation modes can also be switched in iOS or by pinching the stems of the AirPods using the force sensor.[8]
The H1 chip is embedded in a unique system in a package (SiP) module enclosing several other components, such as the audio processor and accelerometers.[9]
Battery life is rated to be equal to the second-generation AirPods at five hours, but noise cancellation or transparency mode reduce it to 4.5 hours due to the extra processing.[10] The charging case advertises the same 24 hours of total listening time as the standard AirPods case. It also features Qi standard wireless charging compatibility.[10] In October 2021, Apple updated the bundled charging case with MagSafe.[11] Like AirPods, AirPods Pro have received criticism for their battery life.[12]

AirPods Pro come with three sizes of silicone tips. There is a software test in iOS called the Ear Tip Fit Test that «[checks] the fit of your AirPods ear tips to determine which size provides the best seal and acoustic performance» to ensure a correct fit, as well as a feature called «Adaptive EQ» which automatically adjusts the frequency contour, claimed to better match the wearer’s ear shape.[6] Starting in early 2020, Apple started selling tip replacements for AirPods Pro on their website.[13]
With iOS 14 and iPadOS 14, Apple added a spatial audio mode designed to simulate 5.1 surround sound. Supported apps include the Apple TV app, Disney+, HBO Max and Netflix.[14][15] Spatial audio requires an iPhone or iPad with an Apple A10 processor or newer.[16] tvOS 15 brought spatial audio to the Apple TV 4K.[17]

iOS 14 also added the ability to apply headphone accommodations to transparency mode, allowing the AirPods Pro to act as rudimentary hearing aids.[18] In October 2021, a new Conversation Boost mode was added as a customization of the regular Transparency mode. It boosts voices above background noise and music.[19]
2nd-generation[edit]
The second-generation AirPods Pro were announced at an Apple media event on September 7, 2022, and were released on September 23, 2022. They use an updated H2 chip with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, and feature improved sound quality and noise cancellation, and longer battery life. They also include extra-small sized ear tips, and AirPods support swiping up and down to adjust volume. Ear tips are physically compatible with first generation AirPods Pro as they use the same connector, but Apple notes the second generation ear tips use a less dense mesh and recommends against intermixing them for acoustical consistency.[20][21]
The charging case includes an Apple U1 chip that supports Find My tracking, and includes a speaker for locating and status updates. In addition to Lightning, Qi and MagSafe chargers, it is also compatible with Apple Watch chargers. A lanyard loop was also added to the side of the case.[22][23]
Compatibility[edit]
Support for AirPods Pro was added in iOS 13.2, watchOS 6.1, tvOS 13.2, and macOS Catalina 10.15.1.[10][8] They are compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth, including Windows and Android devices, although certain features such as automatic switching between devices are only available on Apple devices using its iCloud service.

AirPods являются одними из самых популярных и качественных беспроводных наушников, которые существуют на данный момент. Появилась уже и вторая ревизия этой модели, а скоро будет и третья.
Как и у других устройств, чтобы управлять ими нужно знать определенные нюансы, которые помогут значительно увеличить срок их эксплуатации. В данном материале вы найдете инструкцию к АирПодс.
Вы уже знаете, как разблокировать айфон если забыл пароль. Сегодня мы рассмотрим, как правильно пользоваться беспроводными наушниками АирПодс, сохранить их внешний вид и увеличить срок эксплуатации.
AirPods (АирПодс) — это беспроводные наушники, которые разработала компания Apple. Являются флагманом, как по качеству сборки, так и по звучанию. Работают по технологии TWS, т.е. два отдельных наушника, которые заряжаются от аккумуляторного чехла.
Обладают рядом особенностей, которых просто нет у конкурентов, в точности качественной системе управления и вообще взаимодействия с пользователем. Об этом всем будет написано ниже.
Как пользоваться АирПодс
В первую очередь необходимо их подключить к вашему iPhone. Зарядите их, откройте чехол и просто положите рядом со смартфоном. На экране айфона сразу появится сообщение, что рядом обнаружены AirPods — подключите их. Подробнее читайте в статье — как подключить аирподс к айфону.
Сразу после этого весь звук будет воспроизводится с гарнитуры, и микрофон также переключится на нее. При воспроизведении музыки помните, когда один вкладыш будет вынут из уха — воспроизведение приостановится, а когда вынете оба — то вообще остановится. Это меняется в настройках Bluetooth устройства.
Поэтому если они просто не играют — не стоит беспокоится, просто вложите их в уши и воспроизведение начнется.
Как управлять AirPods — инструкция
Рассмотрим основные элементы управления и функции AirPods. К сожалению, на самих вкладышах нет никаких механических клавиш. Поэтому основное управление происходит при помощи касания/нажатия на датчик на вкладыше и с помощью голоса Siri.
- Чтобы поставить воспроизведение на паузу и, наоборот, начать его — коснитесь один раз датчика
- Перейти к следующей композиции — двойное касание
- Перейти к предыдущей композиции — тройное касание
- Другие команды даются уже через Siri, к примеру, скажите ей сделать тише, чтобы уменьшить громкость
Также, в настройках Bluetooth-наушников можно поменять действие на двойное касание, если хотите поставить другое действие, а голосовое управления вам не особо интересно.
Как ответить на звонок? Просто коснитесь один раз датчика, чтобы принять вызов, чтобы завершить его коснитесь быстро два раза.
Интересно! Найти AirPods можно также, с помощью опции найти айфон. Просто откройте ее в настройках телефона и посмотрите последнее местоположение вашей гарнитуры.
Что означает индикатор на футляре
По свету индикатора на кейсе можно понять, какое состояние на данный момент у AirPods. Лучше запомнить, что означает индикатор.
Мигает белым цветом — вкладыши готовы к подключению.
Светит зеленым, полный — идет зарядка вкладышей от футляра.
Светит зеленым, пустой — готов к зарядке, заряда хватит на один раз точно.
Моргает зеленым — такое происходит, когда вкладыши вставляются и вынимаются из футляра.
Светит оранжевым, полный — кейс и вкладыши заряжаются от сети.
Светит оранжевым, пустой — заряда не хватит даже на одну зарядку вкладышей.
Моргает оранжевым — показывает ошибку подключения, нужно сделать перезагрузку кнопкой на кейсе.
Без индикации вообще — кончился заряд полностью.
Как настроить АирПодс
1. Чтобы попасть в меню настроек, нужно открыть кейс и положить его рядом со смартфоном. Перейти в раздел с настройками и открыть раздел с Bluetooth.
1. Здесь можно поменять текущее имя AirPods, просто, нажав на него и задав новое. Так, вы сможете переименовать АирПодс, это бывает крайне нужно.
2. Изменить действие при двойном касании, к примеру, сделать переход к следующему треку.
3. Настроить функцию обнаружения вкладыша в ухе пользователя, к примеру, чтобы музыка не становилась на паузу, когда вынимаешь один.
4. Дополнительно здесь находится настройка микрофона гарнитуры. Так, к примеру, микрофон можно использовать только с одного вкладыша.
Как перезагрузить АирПодс
Засуньте оба наушника обратно в чехол и закройте его. Дайте им полежать так в течение 15 секунд, после чего откройте чехол.
На задней крышке футляра найдите кнопку для настройки и зажмите ее пока индикатор не станет мигать желтым цветом, после этого отпустите. Как только он станет белого цвета — произойдет перезагрузка.
Зарядка
Здесь все просто, зарядка идет от чехла, просто положите вкладыши в него. Сам чехол заряжается при помощи специального кабеля в комплекте. За 15 минут нахождения в чехле зарядке — вкладыши могут проработать до трех часов времени.

Как чистить АирПодс — уход
Чистка наушников
1. Используйте только мягкую ткань при чистке, чтобы не поцарапать и не оставлять следов. Это действительно очень легко сделать простыми мягкими движениями.
2. Ткань должная быть не сильно мокрой, чтобы вода не могла попасть в отверстия.
3. Если используете ватные палочки — не чистите ими микрофон, только динамики.
4. Сетка чистится с помощью кисточки, к примеру, от набора для рисования.
5. Острыми предметами тыкать в наушники не нужно вообще.
6. Не разбирайте их, сломаете, а потом вообще не соберете.
Чистка чехла
1. Используйте тряпку из бамбуковой ткани или микрофибры. Они хорошо очищают и впитывают влагу с грязью. Не стоит использовать влажные салфетки.
2. Разъем Lightning можно чистить той же салфеткой, ватными палочками или жесткой кисточкой если загрязнение не уходит.
3. В порты для зарядки лучше ничего не совать для чистки, будьте аккуратны, чистите теми же ватными палочками. Главное, чтобы в них ничего не осталось иначе зарядка не будет идти.
АирПодс — как радио няня
1. Откройте настройки iPhone, перейдите в «Пункт управления» и перейдите в элементы.
2. Добавьте функцию слуха. Теперь, при подключенных AirPods просто разверните вверх нижнюю шторку и запустите эту функцию.
Далее можно находится в другой комнате или вообще в любом месте и слышать все, что происходит вокруг телефона. Это довольно интересный лайфхак.

Отличия оригинальных Apple AirPods от поддельных
В приложение к айфону фирма Apple выпустила беспроводные наушники AirPods. Они смотрятся очень круто и стильно. Самый идеальный вариант для айфонов!
И вовсе не мудрено, что производители копий тоже хотят нажиться на продаже таких крутых сопутствующих товаров. Ведь на том же Алиэкспрессе пруд пруди предложений беспроводных наушников для айфонов. И цены весьма привлекательные. Вот только почти наверняка наушники будут поддельные. Как не попасться на уловки мошенников и отличить оригинал от копии – об этом в данной статье.
Для сравнительного эксперимента были взяты две пары поддельных наушников и одна пара оригинальных. На первый взгляд они ничем не отличаются друг от друга, но если присмотреться как следует, то все же можно найти различия.
Чем отличаются упаковки копий и оригинала Apple AirPods
Если не видеть никогда оригинальной коробки Apple AirPods, то легко можно купить подделку, поскольку коробки очень похожи. Но есть некоторые нюансы:
- Оригинальная коробка сделана из качественного картона. Она не дутая по бокам. Линии сгиба ровные.
- По бокам коробки должен быть нанесен штрих-код, информация о стране-изготовителе. Подделки чаще всего чисто белые либо с китайскими знаками.
- Изображение наушников на лицевой части коробки нанесено поверх коробки, а не напечатано на ней. Проведя пальцами по нему, можно ощутить рельеф.
- Никаких “ушек” для крючков магазинов на коробке быть не должно.
- На нижней части коробки изображен кейс с наушниками и зарядным проводом. Также есть информация о производителе. Обратите внимание: на одной поддельной коробке вовсе нет надписей, а на другой они выполнены не полностью, да и разным шрифтом и яркостью.
Если упаковка оригинальная, то расслабляться все равно рано. Вполне возможно, что она содержит в себе поддельные наушники. Поэтому откроем её и изучим содержимое.
Отличия Apple AirPods по внешнему виду
Открыв крышку коробки, наблюдаем следующую картину. Оригинальный кейс спрятан под аккуратной картонкой с надписью. В подделках сразу открывается кейс с наушниками.

Сам кейс помещён в непонятную пластиковую подставку, которая с трудом держит форму, даже искривлена. В то время как оригинальный кейс уютно расположился в ровной картонной нише.
Особенности оригинального кейса
При визуальном сравнении оригинала и подделок сразу бросается в глаза разница в размере. В виду использования качественной комплектации, оригинальный кейс маленький и аккуратный. Производителям копий не доступны оригинальные детали, а то что имеется требует большего пространства.

Крышка оригинального кейса легко открывается и закрывается. Она нигде не затормаживает и закрывается с характерным щелчком. Поддельные кейсы открываются и закрываются либо с усилием, либо слишком легко, даже порой болтаются. Щелчок слышен тоже не всегда.
Под окошком индикации на оригинальном кейсе нанесена надпись о стране-изготовителе. На подделках, как правило, ничего не пишут.

Наушники в оригинальный кейс легко заходят, буквально втягиваются в него. В подделках наушники приходится подталкивать внутрь.
Отличия в наушниках
Внешнее исполнение наушников идентично у всех трёх пар, за исключением нескольких моментов:
- Оригинальные наушники меньше остальных по размеру;
- Динамики оригиналов выполнены из металла, тогда как динамики подделок тканевые;
- Сбоку на поддельных наушниках имеется какая-то кнопка. В оригинальных наушниках в том же месте лишь индикатор.
Если кейс с оригинальными наушниками приблизить к айфону, то на его экране высветится сообщение о принадлежности наушников. На приближение подделок телефон никак не отреагирует.
Реакция телефона на оригинальные научники
Теперь, после прочтения этой статьи, вы запросто сможете раскусить нечистого на руку продавца и избежать ненужной траты денег. Ведь оригинальная вещь всегда будет радовать своего обладателя.
Цветные наушники
Стоимость цветных наушников AirPods в России составляет 18 990 руб. Для их изготовления просто покупают оригинальные и перекрашивают. Появление на рынке оригинальных цветных наушников произвело настоящий фурор, хотя их стоимость кажется далеко не всем оправданной.
Правда есть и китайские подделки, все их отличия аналогичны перечисленным выше.

Кроме приведенных выше образцов подделок, мы протестировали большое количество копий. У многих наушников звук был гораздо хуже, что и понятно, особенно которые продавались по 1500 – 2000 руб.
Но вот несколько моделей реплик, как мы не тестировали, показали результат, практически не отличающийся по звучанию. Правда стоили они уже дороже, но полностью оправдывали это. Вот лидер, кому интересно, среди реплик по качеству – компания ООО”Стаил”, г.Москва.

На фоне последних новостей о качественных копиях AirPods стало сложнее разобраться в оригинальности устройств. Китайцы все изощреннее стараются перенести основные функции наушников с свои поделки.
И такие аксессуары сейчас спокойно продают на Авито под видом настоящих.
Расскажем, как отличить настоящие AirPods от подделки. К слову, мы недавно рассказывали о неплохом фейке.
1. Логотип и рисунки

Первые отличия заметны уже на упаковке от наушников.
Наушники, изображенные на коробке, всегда имеют четкие грани. Их легко ощутить пальцами, это не обычный плоский принт, который часто встречается на подделках.
Эта коробка лучше, чем многие. Но выдаёт ее вкладыш с жирным шрифтом и зазоры между лотком и стенками коробки
Логотип у оригинала переливается на свету, у подделки — простой рисунок яблока.
2. Наклейки на упаковке
Чаще всего, на поддельной упаковке нет вообще никаких наклеек, подтверждающих оригинальность аксессуара.
На настоящей коробке должно быть 3 стикера: с данными о месте производства, поддержкой операционных систем и серийным номером устройства, который можно проверить по сайту Apple.
3. Форма коробки и комплект

Apple всегда упаковывает свои устройства в плотную картонную коробку. Оригинальные гаджеты никогда с легкостью не выпадут из нее.
Внутри у упаковки настоящих наушников нет зазоров. Сверху инструкция, а под ней наушники в кейсе на специальном лотке. Под лотком — Lightning-кабель для зарядки.

У подделок изобилия меньше. Как правило, кейс обернут синей пленкой, а под ним лежит инструкция и второсортный Lightning-кабель для зарядки. Лотка для наушников не предусмотрено.
4. Размеры зарядного кейса

Apple не зря получила награду за инноваторство при создании AirPods. Это самый маленький беспроводной и технологичный аксессуар на рынке.
Вот габариты оригинальных AirPods:
• Каждый наушник: 16,5 х 18,0 х 40,5 мм
• Зарядный футляр: 44,3 х 21,3 х 53,5 мм
Это маленькое произведение искусства. Не то что подделки, которые больше по всем плоскостям на пару миллиметров точно. Они серьезно огромные.
5. Внешний вид кейса и звук щелчка

Зарядный футляр, равно как и сами наушники, должны быть молочного белого цвета. Подделки обычно не могут передать истинность белого и уходят в желтые оттенки.
Ах да, на фейковых корпусах футляров всегда есть дополнительная кнопка для подключения или сброса. Она прямо-таки выпирает из корпуса. Зачастую из передней части. У оригинала кнопка для разрыва пары совпадает с линией задней поверхности.
Кроме того, определить настоящий кейс можно и по фирменному щелчку. Он приятный и слегка приглушенный. А у фейка — громкий и звонкий, в общем, неприятный.
6. Стыки, щели и зазоры

Настоящие AirPods тщательно зашлифованы, из-за чего практически нельзя заметить любой зазор. Кажется, будто это все — монолитный корпус.
В случае с фейком все наоборот: китайцы особо не заморачиваются с «оттачиванием» корпуса наушников и оставляют микрозазоры и щели. Из коробки уже могут быть даже царапины на устройстве. Обязательно проверяйте наушники с фонариком, он всегда подсветит изъяны аксессуара.
И обратите внимание на дополнительные отверстия для динамиков и микрофонов.
7. Надписи на корпусе

На настоящем кейсе наушников сзади написано Designed by Apple in California, а на наушниках есть отметки R и L — правый и левый.
На фейках такое встречается редко. И даже если на «ушах» стоят отметки, то на корпусе вообще никогда нет надписи, говорящей о том, что его сделала Apple.
8. Форма самих наушников и кейса

Оригинальный кейс наушников слегка закруглён по бокам и плавно переходит от передней грани к задней. Фейковый зачастую, скорее, прямоугольный, чем овальный. Либо у него закруглены боковины, но спереди и сзади он сам по себе максимально плоский.
Сами «эйрподсы» китайцы научились копировать практически безупречно. Единственное внешнее отличие — их размер.
9. Качество исполнения корпуса наушников и кейса
Apple всегда использует в своей технике качественный пластик и делает ему глянцевое покрытие. Но при этом настоящие «эйрподсы» почти не скользят в руках.
Взяв в руки подделку, вы сразу же заметите разницу: «мыльное» сцепление с корпусом наушников или зарядного футляра, возможны заусенцы или шероховатости в некоторых частях устройства.
10. Сетка динамика

Китайцы на то и китайцы, чтобы максимально экономить на устройстве. В подделках почти всегда стоит тканевая сетка динамика: это касалось и EarPods, это же касается и AirPods.
В такую сетку легко может забиться пыль и ушная сера, она может порваться во время попытки почистить наушники. Ведь в динамик в любом случае рано или поздно начнёт забиваться грязь, и ее необходимо чистить. Иначе наушники будут работать тише.
В оригинальных наушниках установлена металлическая сетка.
11. Подключение
Это хорошая копия, и она подключается, как оригинал
Оригинальные AirPods мгновенно «подцепляют» ваш iPhone. На смарте появляетсясю специальное меню для первого подключения, в котором отображается название и заряд устройства: кейса и каждого наушника отдельно.
У плохих подделок нет специального чипа для обмана айфона. Они определяются, как обычные наушники. В более качественных копиях стали использовать аналог чипа W1, поэтому меню сопряжения от оригиналов появляется при спаривании фейка.
Так подключается ТОЛЬКО оригинал
Тогда проверить с вероятностью 100% можно через меню Настройки. Открываете Bluetooth, тапаете по иконке инфо рядом с AirPods. Настоящие наушники покажут серийный номер, прошивку и другую информацию об устройстве. Подделка же предложит просто Забыть или Отключить устройство.
12. Качество звука
Ну и последнее, по чему можно определить настоящие AirPods.
В подделке нет баса, она тише и может хрипеть на большой громкости. Либо баса слишком много, что через минуту прослушивания становится противно.
Максимум, на то способна подделка — «долбить» в ухо, но не более того. У оригинала звук максимально сбалансирован.

Это самый надежный способ проверить AirPods на подлинность. Логично, что на настоящих наушниках будет указан серийный номер, который можно проверить на официальном сайте Apple. Его можно найти на крышке зарядного кейса AirPods и на самой коробке. И если серийник на коробке особо хитрые продавцы еще могут переклеить или подделать, то сделать то же самое с серийным номером на крышке — практически невозможно.

Как видите, настоящие наушники Apple всегда можно проверить на официальном сайте. В 99% случаев на этом можно прекратить проверку AirPods, однако не исключено, что кто-то может сменить корпус и вставить туда поддельные AirPods. Очень маловероятно, но возможно. Поэтому в дальнейшем необходимо осматривать непосредственно сами наушники и зарядный кейс на поиск признаков подделки.
Как проверить AirPods на оригинальность
Вот несколько советов, которые помогут вам выявить копию AirPods.
Решетка динамика
Внимательно осмотрите все решётки, особенно у динамика. У настоящих AirPods решётка особо не выделяется и аккуратно спрятана. В подделке решётка может быть другого цвета и сильно выделяться.

Нижняя часть AirPods
Взглянув на настоящие наушники, вы заметите решетчатую область — это то, что часто называют диффузором.

Как видите, форма у диффузора поддельных наушников совсем другая. У оригинальных AirPods она порой также чуть отличается, но всегда имеет ОВАЛЬНУЮ форму, а не круглую. Кроме того, можно заметить разницу в двух белых полосках по краям. Они не только отличаются по цвету, но и также в поддельных наушниках расположены заметно глубже.
Как проверить зарядный кейс AirPods на оригинальность
Даже если сами наушники настоящие, продавцы порой идут на хитрость и пытаются продать оригинальные AirPods с поддельным зарядным чехлом.
Проверка порта Lightning
Переверните корпус и посмотрите на порт Lightning, разъём, через который вы будете заряжать наушники.

Как вы можете заметить, металлический контур, который размещен вокруг разъёма, более толстый на подделках, поэтому имеет другую форму. Кроме того, несмотря на то, что угол освещения в сравнении поддельных и реальных AirPods отличается, мы можем отметить разницу в цвете.
Посмотрите надписи
Вот здесь китайцы чаще всего и «палятся». Они не могут подобрать нужную толщину шрифта и цвета материалов, поэтому если присмотреться, разницу в сравнении с оригиналом видно сразу. Так, у копии шарнир крышки зарядного кейса чаще всего ярче, как и сама надпись «Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in China».

Впрочем, это мы ещё говорим про качественную копию. Если подделка недорогая, одной из надписей на чехле может вообще не быть (или сразу обеих).

Как проверить коробку AirPods на оригинальность
Упомянутые способы хороши, если у вас есть возможность достать наушники из коробки — например, при покупке на вторичном рынке. Но часто магазины запрещают вскрывать коробку, чтобы не нарушать товарный вид, а многие прикрываются этой фразой, чтобы продать подделку.

После почти двухмесячного отсутствия, распиаренные AirPods поступили наконец-то в продажу. В конце декабря первые покупатели получили по предзаказам заветные белые коробочки. Излишне напоминать, как впечатлил многих захватывающий промо-ролик с их возможностями, продемонстрированный ещё в сентябре прошлого года – на презентации айфонов. Соответствует ли всё действительности?
В данном посте приведём краткий мануал, касающийся особенностей эксплуатации инновационных AirPods. Хотя какой-то специальной инструкции и не требуется – взаимодействие интуитивно понятное.
Первичные настройки
Итак, первым делом извлекаем футляр с наушниками из упаковки. Вот как выглядит базовая комплектация беспроводной гарнитуры.
Для того чтобы наушники включились – достаточно просто приоткрыть крышку кейса. Теперь необходимо выполнить первое соединение с устройством. Это может быть как айфон, так и любой другой гаджет от Apple. Активация и подключение к устройствам — элементарные. Единственное, что нужно сделать – осуществить стартовую настройку, а потом сопряжение будет происходить автоматически.
Для первичной настройки и создания «доверенной пары»поднесите приоткрытый кейс (с наушниками внутри) к устройству (предварительно активируйте на нём Bluetooth). Это нужно для того чтобы наушники не подключались ко всем гаджетам подряд, находящимся поблизости, а работали только с устройством — из списка доверенных.
После этого на экране смартфона автоматически должна инициироваться процедура подключения, больше от вас ничего не требуется. По её завершении нажмите на «Готово». Можно пользоваться!
Кстати, обращаем ваше внимание на то, что AirPods — это гарнитура не только для айфонов. Они вполне совместимы с любым устройством Apple, поддерживающим Bluetooth-передачу. Это могут быть компьютеры, планшеты, ноутбуки, даже «умные» часы — Apple Watch.
В дальнейшем гарнитура может быстро переключаться на вещание с любого другого Apple-устройства, которое объединено с этим айфоном под одним аккаунтом AppleID. Наушники моментально синхронизируются с новым устройством, и готовы возобновить воспроизведение на месте, где перед этим остановились.
Многие пользователи также успешно сопрягали свои AirPods и со смартфонами от других производителей. Понятно, что у них нет Siri, AppleID,а потому и функционал беспроводных наушников будет использоваться не на полную, но всё же возможность такая имеется, и это не может не радовать. 
В данном случае для того чтобы послушать музыку или ответить на звонок вполне достаточно штатного мануала «двойных касаний». Подробнее о них – в следующем разделе.
Особенности управления
В целом всё управление устройством сводится к двойным касаниям корпуса. Нужно взывать Siri, совершить (или ответить) на звонок, приостановить воспроизведение (или продолжить его) – всё выполняется двойным касанием внешней части динамика– прямо по центру.
Вы можете самостоятельно задать наиболее удобный для вас режим управления. Для этого в разделе «Bluetooth» (в настройках устройства) — среди перечня других устройств, найдите свои AirPods-наушники. В пункте «Дважды коснитесь наушников» вы можете ставить галочки напротив желаемого режима управления.
Здесь же можно активировать или отключить автоматическое обнаружение уха (т.е. когда гарнитуру подносят к ушам, она активируется по умолчанию). Присвоить наушникам оригинальное имя, чтобы легче было их найти в списке подключённых устройств. Активировать автоматические включение микрофона, когда вы начинаете говорить.
На первый взгляд может показаться, что предложенных инструментов управления как-то совсем мало, но по факту больше вам и не понадобится. Основную массу коммуникативных задач «без рук» позволяет выполнить встроенный в систему айфона ассистент — Siri. Пользователь голосом даёт ей команды, которые сопряжённое с гарнитурой устройство «слышит» через вмонтированные в нижнюю часть AirPods микрофоны.
Так и позвонить можно кому угодно, и сводку погоды (новости) прослушать, «написать» и отправить сообщение – даже не касаясь тачскрина. Siri сделает звук громче/тише, найдёт нужную композицию из списка, напомнит о встрече и многое другое. При этом вы никому не будете мешать, информация будет подаваться вам в ухо.
Оба наушника имеют свой чип и свой микрофон, а значит, могут использоваться по-отдельности. В настройках по умолчанию активными являются оба микрофона, поскольку это практически исключает появление посторонних шумов при общении. И все ваши абоненты гарантированно будут слышать вас всегда – даже на людной улице при сильном ветре.
Возможные проблемы подключения
Иногда у пользователей возникают некоторые сложности с подключением беспроводных наушников. Особенно при попытке сопряжения с новыми устройствами от других производителей, после успешного подключения с гаджетами от Apple ранее.
Если по каким-либо причинам автоматического запуска гарнитуры не происходит, рекомендуется предпринять следующие действия.
- Попробуйте при первичной настройке расположить футляр поближе к устройству. Так как иногда возникают проблемы с устойчивостью Bluetooth – соединения. Оптимальное расстояние – порядка 5 см. Также можно отключить и повторно включить Bluetooth на сопрягаемом с наушниками устройстве.
- Приоткрыв чехол с наушниками, зажмите и удерживайте встроенную в корпус сервисную клавишу. Она расположена на оборотной стороне кейса – по центру.
Удерживайте её нажатой до тех пор, пока на верхней панельке внутри чехла (между двумя наушниками) не начнёт мигать белым светом индикатор состояния. Тем самым осуществляется сброс прежних настроек и гарнитура вновь готова к первичному подключению к новому гаджету.
- Третья возможная причина отказа в подключении – разряженный аккумулятор, как самих наушников, так и встроенной в кейс батареи. Подсоедините чехол (через разъём, он находится внизу) Lightning-кабелем к зарядному устройству (или порту USB), и повторите попытку сопряжения позднее. Обычно процесс полной зарядки занимает пару часов.
При успешном подключении на экране айфона отобразится уровень заряда – отдельно наушников, и отдельно — кейса. В дальнейшем эта информация будет отображаться в виджетах элементов питания на смартфоне.
Причём батарею самого футляра можно подзаряжать даже без наушников внутри, подключите его и спокойно занимайтесь своими делами. Потом достаточно на 15 минут поместить AirPods «на базу», чтобы обеспечить им несколько часов полноценной работы.
Вот что обещает нам производитель, заведомо предупреждая о возможных отклонениях — в большую или меньшую сторону – ввиду различных настроек и интенсивности использования гарнитуры разными владельцами. Опробовавшие пользователи подтверждают, что наушники таки выдерживают обещанные сутки вещания (понятно, что с циклами быстрой подзарядки).
Чтобы пользователь без лишних телодвижений имел представление об уровне заряда чехла, в нём предусмотрен специальный индикатор (мы уже о нем говорили). Так если он горит зелёным цветом – батарея футляра заряжена полностью. Если жёлтым – значит, энергии осталось только на одну подзарядку AirPods. А можно и просто спросить у Siri, сколько заряда осталось.

Стоит ли брать?
В целом новинка вышла прелюбопытнейшая, если есть лишние деньги – берите обязательно! Пользоваться ими очень удобно, слышимость отличная, управление — интерактивное, главное – не потерять. Но, вопреки язвительным замечаниям, «ракушки» отлично сидят в ушах, и не выпадают даже при беге.
Это подтвердил известный марафонец – после полуторачасового забега AirPods остались на месте, проигрывая всё это время музыку без сбоев. А для поиска их по квартире (машине) уже предлагаются специальные программки, заставляющие наушники воспроизводить звуковой сигнал.
Так что непрактичность гарнитуры в эксплуатации – банальные выдумки. А вот ремонтопригодность их, действительно, крайне низкая – всё очень мелкое, собранное на клеевом креплении. Поэтому постарайтесь не ломать.
Футуристские AirPods — это первая пробная «ласточка», и уверены, в нынешнем году многие производители мобильных устройств переймут эстафету, представив своё видение беспроводных гарнитур.

AirPods are wireless Bluetooth earbuds designed by Apple Inc. They were first announced on September 7, 2016, alongside the iPhone 7. Within two years, they became Apple’s most popular accessory.[4][5] The most recent model, AirPods (3rd generation), are a replacement to the 1st and 2nd generation models, although the 2nd generation is still sold on Apple’s website. These models are Apple’s entry-level wireless headphones, sold alongside the AirPods Pro and AirPods Max.
In addition to playing audio, the AirPods contain a microphone that filters out background noise as well as built-in accelerometers and optical sensors capable of detecting taps and pinches (e.g. double-tap or pinch to pause audio) and placement within the ear, which enables automatic pausing of audio when they are taken out.[6]
On March 20, 2019, Apple released the second-generation AirPods, which feature the H1 chip, longer talk time, and hands-free «Hey Siri» support. An optional wireless charging case which costs extra was added in the offerings.
On October 26, 2021, Apple released the third-generation AirPods, which feature an external redesign with shorter stems similar to AirPods Pro, spatial audio, IPX4 water resistance, longer battery life, and MagSafe charging capability.
Models[edit]
1st generation[edit]
Apple announced the first generation AirPods on September 7, 2016, at an Apple Special Event alongside the iPhone 7 and Apple Watch Series 2. Apple originally planned to release the AirPods in late October,[7] but delayed the release date.[8] On December 13, 2016, Apple began taking online orders for AirPods. They were available at Apple Stores, Apple Authorized Resellers, and select carriers on December 20, 2016.[9][10]
AirPods contain a proprietary Apple W1 SoC processor which helps optimize battery use as well as the Bluetooth 4.2 and audio connections. The advanced connectivity functions of the W1 requires devices running iOS 10, macOS Sierra, watchOS 3, or later.[1] They can also function as standard Bluetooth headphones when connected to any device that supports Bluetooth 4.0 or higher, including Windows laptops and Android devices.[11][12][13][14]
There are two microphones inside each AirPod, one facing outward at ear level and another at the bottom of the stem.[15][16] Each AirPod weighs 0.14 oz (4.0 g), and its charging case weighs 1.34 oz (38 g). The AirPods are capable of holding a charge of around five hours. Charging them for fifteen minutes in the case gives three hours of listening time.[16] The charging case provides 24 hours of total usage time.[17] During a complete dismantling, each AirPod was found to contain a 93 milliwatt hour battery in its stem, while the charging case contains a 1.52 watt hour or 398 mAh at 3.81 V battery.[18]
The model numbers for the first-generation AirPods are A1523 and A1722.[19]
Production of the first-generation AirPods was discontinued on March 20, 2019, after the second generation was released.[20]
2nd generation[edit]
Apple announced the second generation AirPods on March 20, 2019.[21][22] They are the same design as the first generation, but have updated features.[22] They include an H1 processor which supports hands-free «Hey Siri», Bluetooth 5 connectivity. Apple also claims 50% more talk time and faster device connection times.[22] The «Announce Messages with Siri” feature was added in iOS 13.2, which allows the user to dictate text messages to Siri.[23]
Second-generation AirPods can be purchased with the same charging case as the first generation, or for an additional price bundled with the Wireless Charging Case, which can be used with Qi chargers. The Wireless Charging Case can be purchased separately and is compatible with first-generation AirPods. It moves the charging indicator LED to the exterior of the case.[24] The Wireless Charging Case was initially announced in September 2017 alongside the AirPower charging mat, but was delayed by AirPower’s protracted development and eventual cancellation.[25] The second generation AirPods remained on sale with a price cut following the release of the third generation in October 2021, but are now only available with the lightning charging case.
The model numbers for the second-generation AirPods are A2032 and A2031.[19]
3rd generation[edit]
Apple announced the third generation AirPods on October 18, 2021. They feature an external redesign with shorter stems similar to AirPods Pro and use similar force touch controls. They include support for spatial audio and Dolby Atmos, IPX4 water resistance, skin detection and a case supporting MagSafe charging. Apple claims increased battery life, with AirPods lasting six hours and the charging case providing up to 30 hours.[26] Preorders of the third generation AirPods began on October 18, 2021. The third generation AirPods were released on October 26, 2021, and are priced at $179.[27] In September 2022, Apple released a $169 variant with a charging case lacking Qi and MagSafe charging compatibility.[28]

Technical specifications[edit]
All of the electronics and circuitry responsible for the audio drivers and Bluetooth transmission are stored entirely within the head of the AirPod. The battery is stored in the stem. The battery and circuit boards are connected via flex/ribbon cable.[citation needed]
Compatibility[edit]
AirPods are compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth 4.0 or higher, including Android and Windows devices, although certain features such as automatic switching between devices are only available on Apple devices using iCloud.[12]
The first-generation AirPods are fully compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models with iOS 10 or later, Apple Watch models with watchOS 3 or later, and Mac models with macOS Sierra or later.[30]
The second-generation AirPods are fully compatible with devices running iOS 12.2 or later, macOS Mojave 10.14.4 or later, and watchOS 5.2 or later.[31]
The third-generation AirPods are fully compatible with devices running iOS 15.1 or later, iPadOS 15.1 or later, macOS Monterey 12.0 or later, and watchOS 8.1 or later.[32]
Support[edit]
The lithium-ion batteries in AirPods can see significant degradation over time, with two-year-old sets lasting for less than half of the advertised five hours.[33][34] Apple has a program to service batteries and purchase replacement individual AirPods and charging cases. The replacement of one or both AirPods or the charging case has a lower price with AppleCare+ than without.[35] Apple offers battery servicing for free with AppleCare+ and for a fee without. However, this is just a replacement service, as AirPods batteries cannot be removed.[35]
AirPods contain upgradeable firmware. Its original firmware was version 3.3.1. In February 2017, Apple released version 3.5.1,[36] 3.7.2 in May 2017,[37] and then 6.3.2 on March 26, 2019.[38] In July 2019, version 6.7.8 was released and 6.8.8 followed in September 2019.[3] In June 2020, firmware 2D15 was released (G2).[39] In September 2020, firmware 3A283 (G2 and Pro) was released[40] and in April 2021, firmware 3E751.[41][42] AirPods automatically sync through Apple’s iCloud service, allowing users to switch audio sources to other supported devices connected by the same Apple ID.[43]

Analysts estimate Apple sold between 14 million and 16 million AirPods in 2017.[51] In 2018, AirPods were Apple’s most popular accessory product, with 35 million units sold.[52][53] 60 million units were sold in 2019.[54] Analysts estimate AirPods make up 60% of the global wireless headphone market and that Apple’s entire Wearables products (Apple Watch, AirPods, and AirPods Pro) “is now bigger than 60% of the companies in the Fortune 500”.[55][56][54] An estimated 5-7% of Apple’s revenue from AirPods comes from replacement earbuds and cases.[57] Analysts estimate Apple sold 120 million or so pairs in 2021.[58]
Cultural impact[edit]
On announcement day, AirPods were compared to Apple’s previously existing EarPods (2012–present), with The Verge noting «They look… just like the old EarPods, with the wires cut off.»[59] Initially mocked by many for their unfamiliar design (including CNN asking «Would people actually wear these?» in 2016),[60] their popularity grew rapidly over the years and they were voted the most popular «hearable» brand of 2019.[5]
At an Apple earnings call in 2019, CEO Tim Cook called AirPods “nothing less than a cultural phenomenon.”[61] AirPods had become a viral sensation with memes circulating across the internet about its appearance and its relation to the removal of the headphone jack in iPhones.[62] However, as time wore on, AirPods became known as a status symbol.[58][63][64]
Criticism[edit]
One criticism of AirPods is their high price; however, at launch they were actually priced less than most «true wireless» earbuds on the market (e.g. the Samsung Gear IconX and Bragi Dash) and remain competitively priced with similar products from other major brands.[65][66][67]
Another prominent criticism was a problem that caused the charging case battery to deplete at a rapid rate despite the AirPods not being used. Users were reporting upwards of 30% idle discharge per day.[68] In response, Apple released a firmware update (version 3.5.1) for the AirPods, which addressed connectivity and battery drain problems.[69]
According to the Financial Times, AirPods are difficult if not impossible to recycle, and not designed to be repairable.[70]
Replacement for hearing aids[edit]
In 2022, researchers at the Taipei Veterans General Hospital in Taiwan compared the performance of AirPods 2 and the original AirPods Pro using Live Listen on an iPhone or iPad to compare to medical hearing aids. Oticon Opn 1 was the high-end comparison, with Bernafon MD1 as the more affordable alternative. The performance of the systems were at least assisting participants with Pro (including noise cancelling features) being better and approximating the hearing aids.[71]
Competition[edit]
Some consumers expressed the viewpoint that there were better options for wireless earphones based on quality and cost.[72][73] One of Apple’s biggest competitors is Samsung, which markets wireless earbuds that are very similar to AirPods.[74] Another similar product line is from Apple’s Beats Electronics, which sells products such as the Powerbeats Pro wireless earbuds.[75]
