Shadow Fight 2 (так же Бой с Тенью 2) — ролевая боевая игра (Файтинг), разработанная компанией Banzai и изданная Nekki. Пролог игры повествует об предыстории главного героя. В этом введении рассказчик (который является главным героем) говорит о том, что он был величайшим и непобедимым воином. Геймплей

В игре существует два основных типа ударов: удар рукой (оружием) и удар ногой, Направление удара зависит от движения джойстика, которое вы используете вместе с клавишей удара. Некоторые комбинации требуют два удара вместо одного для исполнения. Когда персонаж бездействует, он блокирует все удары, значительно снижая их урон (не действует против магии, метательного оружия, критических ударов и бросков). По мере прохождения игроку станет доступно метательное оружие и магия.

В Shadow Fight 2 есть 7 актов, а также 8-ой (который включает в себя «Интерлюдию»). В каждом акте необходимо победить босса, прежде чем перейти к следующему акту. Всего в игре 7 основных боссов: Рысь, Отшельник, Мясник, Оса, Вдова, Сёгун и Титан. У каждого босса есть пять телохранителей, которые должны быть побеждены, прежде чем игроки смогут бросить вызов боссу. Чтобы победить босса, игрок должен победить его в 3 раундах вместо обычных 2 раундов.

Для участия в бою необходима энергия (исключение: режимы «Восхождение» и «Подземелье»). Каждые 10 минут реального времени прибавляется 1 единица энергии, максимально может накапливаться не более 5 единиц. Энергию также можно восполнить, заплатив 5 кристаллов (полное восполнение) или просмотрев рекламное видео (дается 1 единица энергии).

В игре существует такие виды экипировки как оружие, шлем, доспехи, магия и метательное оружие. Предметы приобретаются за золото (дается в награду за победу в бою) или кристаллы (даются в награду за победу над боссами и выполнение внутриигровых достижений). Некоторые предметы можно приобрести только за кристаллы. Также любой предмет можно улучшить за золото или кристаллы. Предметы можно зачаровывать на случайный эффект, используя при этом теневую энергию. Сила и стоимость зачарования зависит от рецепта зачарования.

В каждом Акте есть 6 основных режимов. Это Сюжетный бой (бой с боссом акта), Турнир, Выживание, Испытание (С 2 акта и далее), Дуэль (требуется подключение к Интернету) и Затмение.

В Турнире нужно побеждать противников без каких-либо особых условий. Всего нужно пройти 24 стадии Турнира. В Интерлюдии необходимо пройти только 8 стадий.

В Испытаниях нужно побеждать в боях с особыми условиями (например, особенностями поля битвы или требованием к уровню снаряжения). Стадий, как и в Турнире, всего 24. В Интерлюдии необходимо пройти только 8 стадий.

В Выживании нужно сразиться последовательно с 10 противниками. Отличие данного режима от остальных в том, что каждого противника нужно победить всего один раз, при этом проиграв один раунд, игрок проигрывает Выживание. После победы в раунде здоровье персонажа не восполняется в следующем поединке, а противник стает сильнее с каждым раундом. После поражения или победы над всеми противниками игрок получит награду, в зависимости от того, сколько противников он смог победить.

В Дуэли необходимо сразиться с противником в бою с измененными правилами. Каждый участник в бою использует случайное снаряжение. Для участия в Дуэли необходимо Интернет-соединение. Сразиться в Дуэли можно только один раз в 4 часа реального времени.

Существует также Затмение, состояние игры, которое увеличивает сложность игры в сюжетных боях, турнирах, испытаниях и дуэлях. Победа в Затмении будет вознаграждать игроков темной энергией, которая может быть использована для зачарования экипировки. Победив босса в этом режиме, игрок получит в награду его уникальное оружие.

После получения всех печатей открывается особый сюжетный режим Врата теней. В этом режиме нужно победить всех 7 боссов с измененными правилами, при этом, как и в Выживании, каждого противникам нужно победить только один раз, а проиграв один раунд, игрок проиграет Врата теней.

Существует один уникальный режим в Акт II: Восхождение. В Восхождении цель состоит в том, чтобы победить противника со случайными правилами и условиями, применяемыми в каждом бою. После победы в 5 раундах игрок получает случайную награду в Колесе Удачи. Награду можно поменять заплатив кристаллы. В этом режиме можно получить особый набор Монаха, обладающий уникальным зачарованием и открывающий мифический рецепт для зачарований. Для участия в Восхождении необходимы билеты, приобретаемые за кристаллы. В одном из обновлений игры Восхождение было удалено из игры, и теперь оно доступно только на предыдущих версиях.

В игре существует многопользовательский режим, Подземелье. Игроки объединяются с другими игроками, чтобы сражаться с боссами. Для сражения с боссом нужно собирать рейды. В этом режиме игроки могут создавать или присоединяться в кланы. Каждый игрок в данном режиме имеет свой дан (т.е. ранг), в зависимости от его достижений.

The new version was made gradually available to a small number of Android users in order to avoid problems and issues, before it was finally available globally at April 7, 2019.

This installment introduces the game’s events with an animated prologue. In this introduction, the narrator (who is the main character) reveals that he was a legendary combatant. On his travels to find a worthy opponent, he came across and opened the Gates of Shadows, releasing the demons and effectively reducing himself to a shadow. Continuing the theme of its predecessor, players begin the game as an unarmed silhouette. They are then given simple tutorials which familiarize them with the game.

Storyline

Shadow was formerly a powerful combatant, but his arrogance led him to defy the rules established by his ancestors, and he opened the Gates of Shadows. Upon doing so, he quickly realized his mistake but it was too late. The Demons who were inside the Gates are freed and Shadow lost his flesh and soul and became a mere silhouette of his former self. Seeking to redeem himself, Shadow must defeat all the demons and reclaim their Demon Seals in order to close the Gates of Shadows and lock away the evil he has unleashed upon the world. Along his journey, Shadow meets with allies who help him in his quest, as well as many adversaries who challenge him to duels for thier own reasons.

Upon closing the Gates, Shadow unexpectedly gets involved in something much more sinister when one of his friends, May, got pulled in through to the Gates. Attempting to rescue May, Shadow reopens the Gates of Shadows once more and he goes through the Gates, which are revealed to be a portal and Shadow is taken to another world. He learns that all of his misfortunes are all caused by Titan, a powerful cyborg alien who had conquered many worlds and is now close to invading Shadow’s world. Only Shadow who can stop this cruel invader once and for all.

Gameplay

Shadow Fight 2 feature battles with epic combat sequences, rendered in astonishingly life-like detail with easy to learn controls. Players are given the opportunity to customize their fighter with epic swords, nunchacku, hammers, guns, armor suits, magical powers, and more.

Throughout the game this character will acquire new levels and skills. They can pick and combine what Weapon, Armor, Helm, Ranged Weapon and Magic their character will use, resulting in hundreds of possible combinations. Players can further enchant their equipment to strengthen their gears.

The players can purchase and upgrade these equipment using three major types of currencies: Coins, Gems, and Shadow Orbs. As players progressed, they will obtain different types of coins as they travel to different places.

The game features a total of 7 Acts. Players will journey through each Act on their quest to defeat the menacing Demons and close the Gates of Shadows. Players also must redo the first 6 Acts but they get to keep their weapons and level. They will face many foes and challenges on their adventure, travelling through different places and worlds, culminating in the epic fight with the mighty conqueror in the final Act.

Aside from the main story, several modes of play are also available which serve to expand upon the story, as well as enriching the gameplay and giving further information about the world. Players can participate in various modes, such as Tournament, Challenge, Survival, and many more. Shall the players want even more challenge or to prove that their victory is not coincidence, they are given the option to activate Eclipse, which will increase the difficulty of fights and allow them to replay completed fights with a much stronger enemies.

Shadow Fight 2 also features a multiplayer mode, the Raids (Underworld). The players will descend to the underground map, where they can challenge mighty bosses in cooperation with other players.
